Parents, family or anyone involved in the care of children diagnosed with emotional/mental/neurological disorders.

Free 11-week series of workshops that offers participants insight into persistent and severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar, depression, PTSD and many others. Workshops address self-care, problem solving, communication techniques and empathy. The biology of the brain, medications, recovery and rehabilitation are also explored.
