HOME MAINTENANCE AND MINOR REPAIR GRANTS | CITY OF COVINGTON
Accepts applications for grants of up to $10,000 toward emergency home repairs that are causing threat to life, health, or safety, such as certain electrical problems, plumbing issues, malfunctioning AC units and furnaces, leaky roofs, and wheelchair ramps.

Eligibility
The applicant must have full ownership of the property. The property must be an owner-occupied single family dwelling within the City of Covington. The home must be the principal residence of the applicant. The applicant's annual household income must not exceed 60% of the area median income. Households who have received City housing repair assistance within the last 5 years are not eligible.
