Description
Provides payment assistance for expenses related to maintaining or obtaining employment as well as for job training and education expenses. - Transportation Assistance: Provides three (3) months' worth of bus passes or a maximum of $200 per month in gas cards with a three (3) month limit. - Employment Assistance: Provides a maximum of $500 for job related tools/equipment or supplies, professional licensing, and up to five (5) uniforms (if required for employment). - Adult Education: Provides a maximum of $1,000 to pay for Adult Basic Education, GED Preparation, Occupational Training, and/or Short-Term Education Programs.
