Eligibility

Applicants must:

  • be between age 18 and 24
  • have a High School Diploma or GED
  • be pursuing, accepted, or enrolled (at least part-time) at an approved/accredited post-secondary institution
  • be unmarried without children
  • meet all eligibility requirements for subsidized (Section 8) housing
