Description

Offers pre-filing bankruptcy credit counseling. Counselors evaluate participants' financial situation, including budget, creditors, and assets. Counselors also assist with exploring alternative actions to resolve credit problems. Participants are provided with a certificate upon completion of counseling that must be presented should they decide to file for bankruptcy.
