Open to individuals in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana with an annual household income of no more than $84,000.

Tax returns including the following situations (among others) are ineligible for these services:

• Recent bankruptcy,
• Rental income,
• Self-employment income with employees, inventory, or a business loss,
• Cryptocurrency trading,
• Immigrants in country for less than a year,
• Income from sale of a personal property other than a home, and
• Farm Income.

Appointment required. Appointments can be scheduled by phone or online. Walk-ins may be accepted on a limited basis. Due to volume limitations, walk-in locations may turn away a taxpayer if they are full for the day.
