HEALTH CARE FRAUD | OHIO ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE
Handles complaints and investigates issues dealing with suspected Medicaid fraud by providers and possible neglect or abuse of residents of long term care facilities in Ohio. Will prosecute if criminal action is found. Complaints addressed include, but not limited to, suspected Medicaid fraud by providers (billing for services not performed, over billing, kickbacks etc.) and possible neglect or abuse of residents of a long term care facility (such as nursing homes, group homes, MR/DD facilities, and hospital long term care units).
