Open to residents of Butler County age 60 and older who are experiencing symptoms of depression and/or anxiety.

Application process

No appointment needed. Contact by phone, submit an online self-referral, or visit the office during business hours and request to meet with the intake team.

Fees

Vary by service. Sliding scale fees available for eligible individuals.

Offers short-term, in-home counseling to older adults experiencing depression and/or anxiety. Participants receive 8 sessions with mental health staff who provide emotional support, information, and guidance to help resolve personal or interpersonal difficulties over a period of 5-6 months.
