County Officials - County Council | Cuyahoga County Council

Introduces, enacts, and amends ordinances and resolutions relating to all matters within the legislative power of the County. Establishes departments and divisions and sections within departments under the supervision of the County Executive. Adopts and Amends the County's annual tax budget, operating budget, and capital improvements program and makes appropriations for the county. Provides the procedures for making public improvements. Fulfills other administrative and legislative functions that result in the operations of the county.
