- For households with electricity provided by Toledo Edison, Ohio Edison or American Electric Power and have at least 12 months of electrical usage at current address - Consume at least a calculated 5,000 kilowatt hours (KWH) of electricity per year, as well as be at or below the income levels below, depending on household size : Household Annual Size Income 1 $26,355 2 $35,770 3 $45,185 4 $54,600 5 $64,015 6 $73,430 7 $82,485 Household sizes of 8 or more are based on 60% state median income; contact GLCAP for details.
