Aware provides free testing for syphilis, HIV, hepatitis C (HCV), chlamydia, and gonorrhea with the ability to conduct reflex testing on the same sample in order to provide confirmed test results and a diagnosis. After filling out some basic information, users will be mailed a kit with tests relevant to them based on reported risk factors and be asked to provide either a blood (finger prick) sample, urine sample, vaginal swab, or both. After collecting their samples, users will simply drop the pre-paid package off at any USPS mailbox. If there is a positive result, users will either be directed to treatment locations
