Housing Navigation And Support Services | Lutheran Metropolitan Ministry

Provides housing navigation and supportive services for youth and young adults who are experiencing homelessness. Participants in the program will be assigned to a Navigator that will assist them in finding stable housing as well as aiding, supporting, and linking them to other community resources based upon their individual needs. Navigators can meet with youth and young adults at locations convenient to them on either the East or West side of Cleveland.

MINORS AGE 16 THROUGH 17 YEARS: Phone the Navigation Services Coordinator M-F 8:30am-5:30pm. Afterhours, contact the youth shelter. YOUNG ADULTS AGE 18 THROUGH 24 YEARS should contact Coordinated Intake at Frontline (details can be found using the EMERGENCY SHELTER CLEARINGHOUSES taxonomy).
