Eligibility

Serves youth and adults. Pediatrics are for youth under 18. Well Baby Care is for babies up to 18 months old. Age eligibility may vary by site and health condition.

Walk in hours for emergencies M-F: 8:30am-11:00am and 2:00pm-4:00pm. By appointment: M-F: 8:30am-5:30pm
