Eligibility
Pregnant women, breastfeeding and postpartum women, infants and children to age of 5 years.
Required documents
Proof of household income (dated in the last 30 days). Identification for mom that includes birth date. Identification with birth date for all children under 5 years. Proof of address. If pregnant, a physician statement that verifies due date. Medicaid, Molina or Care Source cards. Children must be present.

Provides supplemental food through the WIC Nutrition Card that can be used at local grocery stores. Provides formula for infants. Offers breastfeeding education and support, including, breast pumps for work or school. WIC also provides referrals to health and other social services.
