Contact The Salvation Army as early as possible because demand is high and space is limited. Camp physicals by appointment only, date to be determined.

Description

Provides summer residential camps for children who may not normally be given the opportunity for a camping experience. Located on a 200 acre forested peninsula of Leesville Lake in Carroll County, offers facilities including a Fellowship Hall, Chapel in the Trees, a large waterfront and boating area, pioneer village, campfire circle, hiking trails, craft and nature shelters, recreation field, a low ropes course, beach volleyball, and basketball courts. Provides daily Christian education through interactive programs, cabin devotions, and Sunday morning worship. Offers free camp physicals.
