Eligibility

Low income mothers and expectant mothers.

Required documents

Photo ID of adult required at each visit (drivers license, passport or state ID). Proof of children(s) name and date of birth to receive items (brith certificate, passport or insurance card). Proof of pregnancy (with due date) needed.

Hours

2nd and 4th Wednesday 6:30 pm-7:30 pm. Must arrive before 7 pm. Second and fourth Saturdays 10 am-12noon. Must arrive before 11:30 am.
