Accepts and attempts to resolve complaints regarding fraud, corruption or discrimination in voting registration, voting or the counting of votes; the location, hours, staffing or equipping of polling places; the drawing of voting precinct boundaries; and other problems in the election process which prevent individuals from exercising their right to vote.
