Families must be at or below 200% Federal Poverty Guidelines Level. Must reside in Summit County. Must also meet one of the following criteria: - First-time expectant parent, or - First-time parent with an infant under 6-months of age, or - Parents with child age two (2) or under may go on a wait list.
