Phone for more information or to start the process M-F: 9:00am-5:00pm. NOTE: Those interested in participating in the ILOB Program and who meet the criteria are first referred to Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD.) OOD will contact the interested individual for an initial interview and to determine what services can be provided to meet that individual's expressed needs. The individual will then choose a service provider. In Cuyahoga county the Cleveland Sight Center (CSC) is the service provider for the ILOB Program and authorization(s) to provide service(s) will be sent to CSC. When CSC receives the service authorization(s), the individual is contacted by staff and an appointment is scheduled to begin service(s).

Eligibility
Adults 55 years or older, who have a diagnosed eye condition resulting in a visual acuity of 20/70 or worse or have 40 degrees or less peripheral vision and have an expressed need for adaptive skills training. Participants can be living in their own home, retirement or assisted living communities.
