Application process
Attendance at an orientation session is required prior to application submission. Orientation sessions may be scheduled by phone or online.
Fee
Program participants are responsible for their own utility costs and a portion of their rent costs based upon HUD guidelines.
Eligibility
Individuals must:
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Be a single parent who is currently pregnant or has at least one child under the age of 18 in their home
- Meet low-income housing requirements
- Have the desire to pursue a college degree
To remain eligible to participate, individuals will be required to:
- Remain enrolled in college full time with a minimum grade point average of 2.0
- Contribute service hours through volunteer activities in the community
