Available online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week except for scheduled and nonscheduled maintenance or network outages beyond the control of the City.

May leave a message regarding non-emergency issues when calling after 311 Contact Center hours. When calling from a home telephone inside Akron city limits, simply dial 3-1-1.
