- Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergencies. - 311 Contact Center Hours: Available by phone Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 6:00pm. Closed holidays. Available online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week except for scheduled and nonscheduled maintenance or network outages beyond the control of the City.

May leave a message regarding non-emergency issues when calling after 311 Contact Center hours. When calling from a home telephone inside Akron city limits, simply dial 3-1-1.
