Eligibility

Applicants must be at or below 125% of the federal poverty level. *Applicants are also ineligible if providing assistance would create a conflict of interest. Client may be eligible for representation in the following cases: *Application was denied *Applied but haven’t heard anything in more than 30 days *Benefit amount was lowered or benefits stopped *An agency told you it paid you too much *A nursing home (or similar facility) is telling you to leave *Insurance company will not approve something your doctor said you need *You are sued because of a medical or consumer debt
