Eligibility
Open to Adams County homeowners with an adjusted gross income of $40,000 or less who:
- occupy the home they own as their primary place of residence, and
- are age 65 or older, or
- are certified as permanently and totally disabled
Required documents
Photo ID (Or other proof of age),Tax preparation documents (Applicants who have not filed an Ohio income tax return may be asked to complete a DTE Form 105H and/or asked to provide copies of W-2s, 1099s, etc.),Other documents (Signed DTE Form 105E Certificate of Disability or a current certificate from any state or federal agency that classifies the applicant as disabled)
