Low income individuals who are currently enrolled in a government benefit program like Food Stamps, Medicaid, SSI, HEAP, Section 8, TANF or Ohio Works First, free national school lunch program, SSDI, General Assistance (including Disability Assistance) OR total household income is at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
