Initial contact can be made by telephone or website. Immediate On Demand phone and website counseling available. Call to schedule an interview. Can submit an online application and conduct counseling session with a certified financial specialist via immediate chat.

Fees

No charge for initial counseling session. Sliding scale for bankruptcy pre-filing session, bankruptcy post education classes and for the Debt Management Program.
