Eligibility

For snow removal: Must be a resident of Moreland Hills, 60 and older or 18 and older and physically or medically disabled. Must be low income (income limit is the same as the Homestead property tax exemption which is $38,600 for the 2023 tax year). Munt not have any able-bodied person living in same residence, and must live at residence where snow removal is requested. Must be up to date on property taxes
