Students without a fixed night-time address (such as: homeless, doubled-up, or without a permanent residence) should be enrolled immediately without documents. Certified copy of the Birth Certificate, (if not in English must provide a translated certified copy two proofs of residency: accepts a lease/purchase agreement, gas bill, electric bill, sewer/water bill (most current). Will not accept a driver's license, phone bill, or lease/purchase application. If living with a relative or friend must present a residency affidavit (signed and notarized) and two proofs of owner's residency. Previous academic records (if applicable), immunization records, custody papers (if applicable) two emergency contacts.

M-F: 8:00am-3:30pm. Kindergarten registration generally begins annually in March.
