- Caregiver must live in Carroll County and be employed; enrolled in an undergraduate program (associate or bachelor's degree); or receiving education necessary to maintain employment, certification, or licensure. - For initial application, income must be 200% or less of current Federal Poverty Limit (FPL). - Reapplication is required after 12 months of assistance - current recipients may have income up to 300% FPL when reapplying.

Provides guidance to help find child care that works best for each family, whether it is traditional care in a licensed facility or care in a certified home setting.
