Eligibility
  • Caregiver must live in Carroll County and be employed; enrolled in an undergraduate program (associate or bachelor's degree); or receiving education necessary to maintain employment, certification, or licensure.
  • For initial application, income must be 200% or less of current Federal Poverty Limit (FPL).
  • Reapplication is required after 12 months of assistance - current recipients may have income up to 300% FPL when reapplying.

  • Completed application.
  • Proof of income for the last three (3) months.
  • Current work, school, or occupational training schedule.

Parental weekly co-payment of the child care cost is based on household income and family size.
