Complete the application and return to the Auditor's office by December 31st of the year in which the exemption is sought.

Eligibility
Open to Hamilton County homeowners with an adjusted gross income of $40,000 or less who:
- occupy the home they own as their primary place of residence, and
- are age 65 or older, or
- are certified as permanently and totally disabled
