Requires individual or member of the family with a qualifying physical or developmental disability. Includes congenital developmental disabilities (formerly MR), traumatic brain injury, downs syndrome, cerebral palsy, spinal cord injury, paraplegia, muscular dystrophy, multiple sclerosis, and others.
