Provides the opportunity to get assistance with issues related to parenting, to apply for needed benefits, to participate in a job training program with the goal of employment, and to discuss with a case manager a plan for family success with a professional social worker. Service includes assistance with becoming a foster or adoptive parent.

Serves Cuyahoga County, excluding Chagrin Falls Township, through two federally assisted housing programs: Low-Income Public Housing and Housing Choice Voucher Program (formerly Section 8). Owns and manages property and administers rent subsidy programs to provide safe, affordable housing for eligible low-income persons. Maintains an accredited police department to ensure safe places to live and work.
