Each application must include a minimum order for 60 helmets/goggles (each team is designated five pieces). There is a deadline of December of each year to ensure equipment is received by the begining of season.

Provides protective helmets with face shields to youth baseball and softball leagues, and protective goggles to youth basketball leagues in Ohio. Also provides protective equipment to vocational schools in Ohio. Offers corresponding educational program for parents and coaches concerning sports safety and protective eyewear. Requires three-year commitment that includes pre- and post-season evaluations from all participating coaches.
