Eligibility
- Serves Lorain County residents.
- Materials from businesses, schools, offices or organizations will not be accepted.
- Limit of five (5) "T-shirt" style blue grocery bags (or bag of similar size, paper or plastic) per vehicle.
- Remove all metal clips, rubber bands, and plastic report covers; staples do not need to be removed.

Driver's license or other acceptable form of photo ID showing proof of Lorain County residency.
