Serves members of Buckeye Medicaid age 18 or older.
- Destinations must be less than 30 miles from the member's home to be eligible.
- For food resources, assistance is limited to 5 round-trips or 10 one-way trips per year.

Offers transportation for Buckeye Health Plan members to and from a variety of destinations. Plan members may receive a limited amount of trips per year to food pantries, Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) appointments, and/or meetings with a county Department of Job and Family Services, etc.
