Call appointment line. Phones open October 28, 2024. Appointment website: app.capappointments.com Same day in-person walk-in appointments available on a first-come, first served basis IF service is disconnected or if there is an immediate need for bulk fuel at less than 25% remaining. ** Must have ALL required documentation to complete application. Can only apply once per winter heating season. There is a drop off box located in the Lifeline lobby so clients can drop off any required documents.

Eligibility
(1) gas or electric service has been disconnected; (2) customer has received a final disconnect notice; or (3) the bulk fuel customer has less than 10 days supply of fuel oil remaining in tank. Lake County household fuel customers with total household income at or below 175% of poverty guidelines. Both homeowners and renters are eligible. (175% of Federal Poverty Guideline)
