Ages 60 and older or 18 and older with a qualified disability. Must reside in the Buckeye/ Woodland Hills/Shaker Square/ Kinsman area for congregate meals. For home delivered meals: Serves E 75th St. to the West; South Moreland, which becomes E 132nd St., on the East; Cedar Ave., then Fairhill Road on the North; and Byron Ave.-Luke Ave.-Easton Ave. on the South. This covers parts of zip codes 44103, 44104, 44106, and 44120.
Congregate meals are served M, W, F: 11:50am. Home delivered meals are delivered M-F between 10:30am-1:00pm.
