The Y- Men will start construction of wheelchair ramps typically starts in April and ends in September. If you need a wheelchair ramp, own your residence and meet our basic requirements you may be eligible for a free ramp. YOU must take the time to request, complete and return an application for a ramp. Step 1. Send a written request for a ramp application to: Y Men's Service Club. P.O. Box 275. Marion, Ohio 43302 Step 2. You will be mailed a ramp application. Complete the application and return it to the address shown above. Once the completed application is received and we determine you may be eligible will visit your home to determine the ramp is doable. If it is you will be added to the list and a build date will be determined at a later date.
