Application process
Diagnostic Assessments are by appointment, walk-in available Friday 8-10 am first come/first served.
Fees
Medicaid, and uncompensated care, some individuals may be required to pay a co-pay.

Diagnostic Assessments are offered by appointment only. Intake must first be completed. If a Diagnostic Assessment has been completed in the past year at another agency, that will be accepted.
