Nov 1-Apr 1: Shelter Advocacy Hours are Mon-Fri 9am-4pm. Emergency Shelter opens at 6pm. Apr 1-May 1: Shelter Advocacy Hours are Mon-Thu 9am-2pm. Emergency Shelter opens at 10pm. May-Oct: Emergency Shelter Closed. Shelter Advocacy Hours: Mon-Thu 9am-2pm.

Application process

All Intakes will be completed at the new site of the Men's Shelter, 120 South Norton Street. Anyone who wants to stay at the shelter must complete an Intake Mon-Thu between 9am and 2pm before they can spend the night.

None, donations are accepted.

Serving people from Knox County first. Will accommodate anyone from outside Knox County based on availability. Does not take Registered Sex Offenders or individual with active warrants for their arrest.
