Provides services to low income veterans and their families. Services include: case management, assistance obtaining VA benefits, housing counseling, landlord mediation and in some circumstances, financial assistance that may include rental assistance, security deposits, utility payment assistance, moving costs and emergency housing assistance.

Must either be a veteran or a member of a family in which the head of household or spouse is a veteran. Must not have a dishonorable discharge, have an income less than %0% of the area median income and be homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
