Lorain County Juvenile Mental Health Court | Lorain County Domestic Relations Court

Operates a specialized docket program that serves juveniles charged in Juvenile Court who also have a mental health diagnosis which presents barriers to the youth's success. Adjudicated youth can be in the program between 6- and 12-months, with their delinquency charges being dismissed upon successful completion/graduation.

Application process

Juvenile court magistrates will refer cases to the Investigation and Referral Team for consideration.

Fee

$10 per month program fee while under probation supervision.

Eligibility

Serves juveniles between the ages of 13 and 18 residing in Lorain County who have been charged and adjudicated in Juvenile Court and who have a mental health diagnosis that impacts their ability to be successful.
