Call the 311 Contact Center for more information, to make a request, or report a non-emergency concern. May leave a message regarding non-emergency issues when calling after 311 Contact Center hours. No fee for assessment and repair to public portion of sewer lines. Homeowner is responsible for repairs on the private portion of the sewer line.
