Muskingum County children, 0-3 years old and pregnant women whose family is 100% of the poverty line or below. (Over income families can be accepted, if their points are high enough) Children are accepted based on the number of points they receive, on a point system ages) - 3 years old and pregnant women. Provide the same services as Head Start.
Tue-Fri 8am-11:30am or 1pm-4:30pm.
