First time home buyers who have lived in Franklin, Madison or Licking County for at least a year and who have had steady income for the past six months. Income must be 30%-60% of area median income. Must be a US citizen or be a permanent legal resident of the United States. Must be willing to complete 200-250 hours of "sweat equity."
Past two federal income tax returns and W2s. Three most recent bank statements. Four most recent pay stubs for any household member over 18 years. Copies of all recent utility bills (water, electric, gas, phone, cable). Photo ID and social security cards for all household members 16 and older. Landlord and employer's full name and address. If applicable: bankruptcy decree/settlement agreement. If applicable: verification for: ADC/TANF, SSD/SSI, child support and income verification for household member 18 years and older.

Offers home ownership and financial training for recipients and continued support after moving into the house. This is not an emergency housing program and can take up to 24 months for the home to be complete.
