Children who are 3 years through 6 years of age, both with and without developmental delays.
Individual Family Service Plan or Individualized Education Program documents, enrollment paperwork, medical forms, and birth certificate.
Mon-Thu 8:30am-3:15pm for full day. AM/PM half day sessions also offered.

Appointment required. Interview and assessment required. For children with developmental delays, eligibility with local school district and with an Individual Education Program (ages 3-5) or eligibility with an Individualized Family Service Plan (2 year olds) with Early Intervention Service Coordination (formally called Help Me Grow).

Sliding fee scale for typically developing children. No fee for children with developmental delays.
