Asian, Asian American, and Pacific Islander adults age 18 and older. Must have no health insurance and be at or below 250% of the federal poverty level.

Specialized services include domestic violence prevention, rape prevention education, cultural competencies training, health services, group advocacy, youth programs and mentoring.
