Must participate in one of the following countywide programs: SNAP food assistance, Publicly funded childcare, Ohio Works First cash assistance (OWF), Prevention, Retention and Contingency emergency assistance (PRC), Medicaid, Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) and WIC.

Visit the COTA Customer Experience Center to apply.

Fees

Fares capped at $2.25 per day and $31 per month. Does not apply to cash paying customers. Must utilize the Transit App or COTA Smartcard.
