Offers a sliding scale for co-payments based on household income and family size.

Eligibility

- Caregiver must live in Lorain County and be employed; enrolled in an undergraduate program (associate or bachelor's degree); or receiving education necessary to maintain employment, certification, or licensure. - For initial application, income must at or below 200% of current Federal Poverty Limit (FPL). - Reapplication is required after 12 months of assistance - current recipients may have income up to 300% FPL when reapplying.
