Michigan and Northern Ohio Chapter serves those in the following counties in Ohio: Ashland, Ashtabula, Belmont, Carroll, Columbiana, Cuyahoga, Erie, Geauga, Harrison, Holmes, Huron, Jefferson, Lake, Lorain, Mahoning, Medina, Monroe, Portage, Stark, Summit, Trumbull, Tuscarawas, and Wayne.
