Landowner Assistance | Richland Soil And Water Conservation District
Assist landowners with natural resource guidance and engineering improvements. On behalf of the Richland County Commissioners; manage the county stormwater and erosion control regulations permit generated; manage NPDS (National Pollutant Discharge System) Permit Program of Ohio EPA Reporting. Administer Pollution Abatement Program to all crop and animal producers to find solutions for non-point source pollution.

Voluntary Request for landowner assistance. Mandated programs such as Storm Water Erosion Control Program, Richland County NPDS Program. Are permit generated for all earth disturbance activities 5,000 sq ft or greater. Agricultural Pollution Abatement; Voluntary assistance to correct a known problem or accident resulting from agricultural management.
